Maverick Construction Group is a Certified WBE.
We are a Union shop, affiliated with the NYC District Council of Carpenters, Local 1974 Tapers, Local 79 Laborers, and DC 9 Painters.

We operate in the five boroughs including Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Staten Island, along with Long Island & Westchester.
SERVICES
Our Services include Construction Management, Project Management, Project Scheduling, Pre-Construction Budgeting, and Post-Construction Closeout.

Maverick Construction Group self-performs all carpentry work. We have long standing relationships with subcontractors for flooring, concrete, masonry, painting, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, millwork, and demolition services.
